Local development notice, last updated 26 October 2026. This describes the implemented local data flows. The legal operator must approve a jurisdiction-appropriate policy, retention schedule and contact details before launch.
What is stored
WordPress stores account details and password hashes. The platform stores the plans, budgets, heritage notes, bookmarks and inquiries you choose to save. Research notes can contain personal information; include only what is necessary and respect living people’s privacy. Document uploads are not enabled.
Who receives it
Private workspace records are restricted to their account owner, with administrator access for operations. Partner accounts may access only explicitly assigned inquiries. An inquiry records the consent wording, timestamp, recipient selection and submitted brief. In this local environment email is captured in an administrator-only screen and is not delivered externally.
Analytics and cookies
Essential WordPress cookies support authentication and security. Optional first-party analytics require consent and record allowlisted general engagement fields. Email addresses, family details and private notes are excluded. No third-party advertising tracker is installed.
Your controls
Delete individual saved tools in My Ireland, export your account data, and request deletion through Preferences. Administrators can use WordPress privacy export and erasure tools. Contractual inquiry and finance records require a retention review before erasure. No universal retention period has been approved.
Before public operation
The operator must identify its legal basis, processors, hosting location, international-transfer measures, retention periods, rights process and supervisory-authority contact where applicable. This local notice is not a completed legal policy.
